Who is afraid of whom?  Definitely, “Joseph Kabila” isn’t afraid of Barack Obama or of his many words and threats of “sanctions”; because, “Kabila” knows that Obama knows that he has billions of dollars all over the place… So, for “Kabila” all US threats are just to save face, no less, no more…

When Noriega got his ego all swollen up because of his dealings with the CIA (as reported by Wikipedia) that he thought gave him immunity for him continuing his criminal activities, President George H.W. Bush sent the US marines to invade Panama and capture Noriega in 1989.

Obama and the US Congress must show the world that America hasn’t become a paper tiger, that the USA has the power to act unilaterally to arrest “Joseph Kabila” and stop the atrocities and prevent the DRC from falling apart.  The EU (whose leaders – especially Belgian – have financial interests in DRC or have been paid by Kabila) cannot dictate the US to take it easy (forget about “sanctions” that are worthless since they’ve got enough cash to even buy bread from North Korea)…

Kabila is so emboldened believing that if Obama’s America hasn’t done anything to his master Kagame, nothing America can do to him.  So, as President H.W. Bush did to Noriega and to chasing Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait, and Bill Clinton did in Kosovo, Barack Obama should do to “Joseph Kabila”.

Beside hanging up on and refusing to take President Obama’s calls and using his minions to insult and disrespect America, “Joseph Kabila” believes that Americans are such cowards, stupid, and idiots (“Wadjinga” in Kinyarwanda, the language of Kabila/Kanambe’s Rwandan Tutsi parents) that  not only they do NOT know that he isn’t Congolese or the son of Laurent Kabila, but he is sure that even if Americans knew, they have NO guts or courage to say it or to dare accuse him with being an impostor in DRC…

So, first, let’s remind ourselves that “Joseph Kabila” was named in the 15th paragraph of the Associated Press article of October 10, 2010, that reported on the UN Mapping Report dealing with the crimes and atrocities committed all over the DRC that “could amount to crimes of genocide if investigated”, according to the UN investigators.  The Associated Press reported, as to the perpetrators of these crimes,

It was the Rwandan Tutsi soldiers, led by now-president Paul Kagame, who as rebels ended Rwanda’s 1994 genocide? But they now are accused of vengeful massacres of Hutus when they took the war into Congo (in 1996).”

In the second sentence of the 15th paragraph of the AP article on the Mapping Report, it says that,

After months of denials that Rwandan troops were in Congo, Kagame took ownership of the invasion, admitting he had planned and ordered it.   Among officers commanding the coalition forces was Joseph Kabila, now president of Congo.”

That’s one crime, beside others, that “Joseph Kabila”, as a Rwandan Tutsi Officer of the invading forces of Paul  Kagame, has gotten away with for too long, due to the inaction of the most powerful force on the earth that its envoy, Thom Perriello, as this video from Kinshasa shows, is being threatened like a street criminal from an insignificant little country on earth…

America, take a look at the attack on the US envoy, being threatened like a small town criminal… And, yet, America dares not remove “Joseph Kabila” because of some lobbies who have been corrupted with millions of Congolese stolen minerals’ money???

This Monday, September 19th, 2016, when the DRC Constitution is supposed to trigger the elections for a new president, in the DRC, the security forces, under the direct orders of “Joseph Kabila” are shooting down and arresting Congolese citizens who, peacefully, are marching to protest Joseph Kabila’s intentionally NOT scheduling elections so he can “slip” – glissement – past his last term.

What many experts and media have predicted, including Foreign Policy on September 8, 2016, that “Congo’s president is preparing for war against his ‘own’ people” is coming true.

As US intelligence services know, NOTHING happen and no one is killed, in DRC, without the direct orders of “Joseph Kabila” and Paul Kagame.  So, the verbal attack on Tom Periello this past Sunday wasn’t an isolated lone guy taking Joseph Kabila’s fate in his own hands… Now, most American officials are fooled because they fail to understand “Joseph Kabila” and Paul Kagame’s modus operandi :  whatever decisions they take, they let their Congolese paid servants (so-called ministers or press secretaries or spokespersons) or Rwandans with Congolese names to make the declarations or commit the criminal acts so that, when there is an outcry, the Congolese fools can take the blame (i.e., when “Joseph Kabila” gave the order to assassinate Human Rights leader Floribert Chebeya, the paid Congolese head of the police, General John Numbi, carried out the act; then, he paid the price by being suspended so that his second-in-command, Bisengimana, a Rwandan Tutsi, took over control of the entire Congolese Police force).

This attack on Periello is just the latest on numerous attacks and acts of defiant even against international rights organizations, as well as acts of disrespect and outright dismissal of US advice, admonitions, as well as demands.

This guy, “Joseph Kabila”, as the French jurist said, is referred to by the diplomats in Kinshasa, in French, as “Le Petit Rwandais, or “the Little Rwandan”, as the Mapping Report also says…

So, WHY is the US acting as if “Joseph Kabila” is the master and Barack Obama is the servant?  Even Russia would not insult the US as “Joseph Kabila” has been doing, while killing the Congolese people time and time again.  Why is America so chicken and afraid of “Joseph Kabila”?…  The Congolese people he’s been killing aren’t afraid to still protest as they did, again, this September 19th, so why wouldn’t America show some guts?

Most importantly, why does America and other Western speakers keep talking about “dialogue” when “Kabila” is out of his last term, beside his crimes against Congolese people, and, the Congolese people who march and protest and are shot down keep chanting and publicly declaring that “Kabila” must go and that “Kabila must go back to Rwanda”?  Are Congolese lives so expandable or meaningless  to Westerners???

Should we list, for American officials, the actions taken by Kabila that threaten not only world peace, but also America’s strategic interests both in Africa and around the world?  How about him selling Congolese Uranium to North Korea and to Iran?  How about his giving China free dig-and-carry whatever minerals they want from the DRC soil?  How about his working with Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni for continued ethnic cleansing in eastern Congo for resources and land?  How about him now soliciting the different terrorists groups, from Syria to Somalia to come and set shop in the DRC?  Should we go on?…

(We know that, as reported by the AP and stated in the Mapping Report of Oct.1, 2010, as a former Rwandan Tutsi officer in Paul Kagame’s army, the Rwandan Tutsi “Joseph Kabila” – just look at the picture and see how he reverence his master

The Three who have turned the lives of Congolese people into HELL since 1996; And, check out the reverence and fear look in the eyes of the guy in the middle, “Kabila”/Kanambe, toward his master Paul Kagame, who is Satan-in-the-flesh (for those who know the TRUTH)

– is protected, supported, and defended by Paul Kagame who, in turn, has infiltrated his agents with Congolese identities all over America who, then, “mis-advise” American officials when it comes to Kagame, Kabila, or Museveni, beside the fact that Master Kagame has been friends with the Clintons, with members in the US government including close advisors of Obama and at the State Department, , and with many US institutions that have received millions of dollars of Congolese minerals blood-stained money from him…)

At the very least, NO ONE would say that Congolese-American experts and scholars and activists did NOT warn America and the world…

At the most, the world must know that Congolese people, at home and in the Diaspora, are not dumb and lambs of sacrifice for “Joseph Kabila”, Paul Kagame, and Kaguta Yoweri Museveni  who enjoy TOTAL IMPUNITY from Westerners no matter how they kill, mutilate, gang rape, and destroy the Congo and its people, for the world, instead of arresting and bringing to justice this trio of killers, to keep repeating ad nauseam that Congolese should dialogue, talk, and not rise up against these three who have been killing them in what, the New York Times called the longest and deadliest Holocaust on earth; while, the same Westerners go to war against Assad to protect “innocent” Syrians… No, Congolese people aren’t that stupid!!!!!!

Because of Clinton and Kagame’s friendship, millions of Africans have been slaughtered and gang raped (photo cr. tedkelly.info)

Of what interests to “All the News That’s Fit to Print” does this world power paper spend TWO full pages on Rwanda and the Clinton Fund is anyone’s guess.  However, it is neither journalistically ETHICAL nor TOLERABLE to keep on writing lies, false news, and information that have been investigated and proven wrong, even when they concern Black Africa that is never on the daily staple of news media in America. Especially when the reality in Africa is different from Kagame’s staged, always pre-staged picture of Rwanda presented to ALL foreigners.

Here are some of the main false old “facts” that are being presented in this article by its writers:

  1. (In 1994), “Hutu extremists slaughtered an estimated 500,000 to one million Tutsis and moderate Hutus;” and that “Mr. Kagame led the invading force of Tutsi exiles that quelled the massacre after 100 days…”

Are Kevin Sack and Sheri Fink, the writers of the NY Times article, working for Kagame and Bill Clinton?  Do they know how to google for news or information?  We know that Kagame is spending millions to buy media people, politicians, universities, and other institutions all over the world, but we hoped that the New York Times is above being bought by world mass killers and despots.

Maybe in July 1994 everyone thought that “Hutu extremists” slaughtered the Tutsis and that Paul Kagame saved the day by putting an end to it.  However today, there’re tons and tons of evidence that have exposed this huge lie:

There is the investigative documentary by the credible BBC called “Rwanda, the Untold Story”.  This documentary presents so many investigators and government officials, including Rwandan Tutsis who had been part of this manipulative lie, and who have come out now to expose Paul Kagame.  Beside the evidence that these investigators present showing that, actually, Paul Kagame was the trigger of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, which he used in order for him to take over power in Rwanda, which he could not achieve through truly democratic elections (since the Tutsis are but a minority in numbers).  There are also numerous Rwandan Tutsis who had followed Paul Kagame’s rebellion and invasion of Rwanda from Uganda thinking that Kagame wanted peace in Rwanda but later found out otherwise.  The New York Times reporters can read here the testimony of two of the young Tutsi military officers who had followed Kagame.  One, Lieutenant Abdul Ruzibiza, was one of the first to go into exile and speak out. He later was murdered in Europe.  The other, Second-Lieutenant Aloys Ruyenzi, was the personal body guard of Paul Kagame for 10 years. He is still alive and in hiding, after he survived about three assassination attempts in his own country because Kagame kills everyone who disagrees with him.

Finally, start with the short film, “Crisis in the Congo, Uncovering the Truth”, to get a window view of the havoc and the holocaust that Paul Kagame has been committing next door in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where, after he slaughtered the Hutus and moderate Tutsis who had fled Rwanda from Kagame’s killers (see the UN Mapping Report of 10-1-2010), he placed in power a former intelligence officer in his Tutsi army that invaded the Congo in 1996 and a nephew of James Kabarebe, as the leaders of the Congolese resistance to Rwanda’s occupation of their country have just stated in a Solemn Declaration”, in French and English, sent to all the nations of the United Nations.

  1. Bill Clinton’s “I suppose I make more allowances for a (Kagame) government that has produced as much progress as that one has” that the New York Times juxtaposes to the Belgian scholar and expert, Filip Reyntjens, who says of Bill Clinton “either he’s completely uninformed about what we know about Kagame or he’s in total denial”.

In case the New York Times writers of African issues wanted to really write the TRUTH, there is plenty of evidence that shows that the Rwandan genocide of 1994 would never have happened without Bill Clinton’s TOTAL backing of Paul Kagame and of Yoweri Museveni.  Bill Clinton even prevented the UN from stopping that genocide.  Bill Clinton helped Rwanda and Uganda invade the DRC afterward where Kagame slaughtered Hutus and moderate Tutsi civilians, children, the sick and the elderly.  Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, and the Belgian Louis Michel are the powers behind Kagame’s slaughter of millions of innocent Congolese and the gang raping of millions of Congolese women and little girls by Kagame’s Rwandan soldiers and militias.

Unfortunately for us in America, we do no longer have independent investigators of the likes of 60 minutes’ Mike Wallace.  Nor do we have any more independent media powerhouses.  “Corporate” media seem to mean that the guy with the money gets the write up the way he wants to be covered.  This is why Paul Kagame, who has killed more Blacks and even some whites in Africa than Adolf Hitler killed whites in Europe gets good media coverage and still is befriended by ex- presidents and prime-ministers from so-called democratic  power nations like the US and England.

Mike Wallace

Where is Mike Wallace when we need him? Kagame’s holocaust in Africa and Bill Clinton’s role would have been exposed long ago… (photo cr. http://www.investigatingpoweer.org)

Imagine, after the European holocaust, that, instead of forcefully removing Hitler from power, former American presidents befriended Adolf Hitler, justifying their friendship on the industrial development of Germany under him; that is what Bill Clinton and Tony Blair have done by embracing Paul Kagame, who still continues killing throughout the African Great Lakes (even now in Tanzania), because, as he declared himself, he does not care to be compared to Adolf Hitler

CRISIS GROUP: RACIST AND/OR UNREALISTIC ? – Its Report (N- 225) on the DRC and Democracy

Psychology Underlying This Report:

This Crisis Group Report titled Congo, Is Democratic Change Possible? displays the 17th, 18th, and 19th century European world’s contempt toward Africa, toward African people, and toward the African Mind. These three centuries were when the prevailing white world’s expertise and scholarship on the African people was that they belonged into a zoo with the chimpanzee as in the case of the Congolese Ota Benga in the US (1906 in the Bronx Zoo in New York City) or that the African woman’s brains and genitals had to be “studied” and “experimented” on by European experts in order to prove “the innate inferiority of the Negro (read “Black”) race,” as in the case of Saartjie, the Hottentot Venus also called the Black Venus from today’s South Africa (the Khoi people) who was taken to England, then to France in the 19th century (1810 onward) and was put through demeaning and inhumane “exhibits” of her nakedness and more.  As pertaining to the Mind of the Africans, why, that white world believed that they had none.  That the Africans could not think, therefore, they could not speak for themselves, they could not feel the pain, the emotions (such as shame, dignity, pride, love, being offended,…) that white people feel, neither could they, therefore, know what is good for them.  Thus, the white experts decide what is good for Africans even when it is against their interests, against their well being; the white experts decide what the African reality is, even when the African reality is different from the one the white “experts” are touting.  The Africans are expected or rather obligated to accept, to embrace, and to act on the white experts’ reality, no matter how contrary it is to what the Africans themselves have gone or are going through (i.e., in America or Europe, no media or government would talk about the Arab world or Israel without referring to, consulting, or interviewing Arab or Israelis themselves; whereas with Africa, not only the Africans are rarely called to speak for and about themselves, but any African writing or speaking a different view from that of the Europeans’ “does not know better”, therefore, would not be interviewed or sought out for his or her views or advice).

Left: Ota Benga, the Congolese as an exhibit  in the New York Bronx Zoo (USA) in 1906; Right: Saartjie, the South African Khoi young woman named the “Hottentot Venus”, exhibited both in London and Paris starting in 1810

Hence, on the DRC:

  • On one hand, European powers, their big media, and groups or institutions that could’ve made a difference to stop it do not care about the millions of Congolese who have been slaughtered by Kagame’s Rwanda, Museveni’s Uganda, and their agents in DRC with “Joseph Kabila” as head (any Black who wants to have and keep a job with these powers or media or groups has to toe the line, the thinking, and the theses of these Europeans about the DRC, no matter how erroneous or contrary they are). So these experts never speak of the Congo holocaust, rather they elevate, protect, and defend both the Tutsi “Nazis” slaughtering the Congolese and the Tutsi in the DRC overseeing this slaughter, this holocaust, “Joseph Kabila”, whom these experts legitimize by legitimizing and dubbing “democracy” his fraudulent and violent “elections”, his imprisoning, poisoning, and blatantly murdering all political foes, and his never-ending killing with live bullets of unarmed citizens who protest and his nightly mass assassinations of kidnapped young people who are buried in mass graves or thrown into the Congo River daily! (the 10/1/2010 UN Mapping Report gives plenty of the evidence of the Congo holocaust or genocide and on some of the known mass graves; but, because the white “experts” think the lives and the reality of the Congolese do not matter, the report has been buried in the UN drawers and the Crisis Group, Western governments and other “experts” write, speak, and report as if there is no killing or gang rape in DRC).

Left (cr. @nickkristof): Dr. Denis Mukwege gets a degree and a standing ovation at Harvard University commencement for repairing the few Congolese women who survive gang rape; right: over 2 million Congolese women and little girls are slaughtered like the girl here after being gang raped; yet, Harvard University and other institutions and governments fail to denounce Paul Kagame and his extremist Rwandan Tutsi army and militias responsible for these atrocities (UN Mapping Report 10/1/2010)

  • On the other hand, while showering Dr. Denis Mukwege with awards and prizes (the latest is Harvard University that just awarded him a degree to a standing ovation), no European government, institution, or group has taken the initiative to publicly denounce by name or taken the steps to STOP if not to punish Kagame, Museveni, Kabila, and their soldiers and militias who gang rape, mutilate, and slaughter Congolese women and little girls. Would not the best prize and award be to denounce and campaign against the rapists in the first place? Indeed, the fundamental fact is that before Rwanda and Uganda’s invasion of the DRC in 1996, these gang rapes and mutilations and mass killings never took place in Zaire.  Since Rwanda and Uganda’s occupation of the DRC, beside systematically slaughtering the Congolese, they have used gang rape as a weapon to destroy the Congolese females and, therefore, depopulate Congo’s eastern populations (hence Kagame and Kabila’s several attempts to assassinate Dr. Mukwege for “saving” the Congolese female) so Rwanda and Uganda can control the Congo and annex its eastern part for the resources. That’s why neither the UN nor the “Kabila” government of occupation has stopped these killings and rape for 18 years now.

Reality of the Crisis Group Report vs. Congolese Reality

A picture is worth a thousand words…

The Crisis Group illustrates their “Executive Summary and Recommendations” with the image of a “happy” crowd holding a huge picture of “Joseph Kabila”.  The caption says, “Ruling party PPRD rally in Kinshasa following Joseph Kabila’s re-election, 28 November 2011.

But, what is the reality?  The Congolese reality is that both the picture and the caption are misleading.  This foreigner from Rwanda, “Joseph Kabila”, both in 2006 and 2011, lost the elections to a “Mwana mboka” (child of the country).

Can  one associate the name of “Joseph Kabila” and his rule in DRC with “Democracy”? .

  • Imagine that after US presidential elections there are unarmed American people who march to protest against Obama and, in response, Obama sets soldiers in uniforms who shoot down civilians with live bullets and these dead American citizens are simply dumped in trucks and are thrown in the river or ocean, as “Joseph Kabila” did in the 2011 after his so-called “re-election”, will the Crisis group call that democracy?

Left: Photo in Crisis Group’s report – the young starving and jobless Congolese given money to praise Kabila; right: the Congolese reality scrawled on the wall because hundreds of thousands have ended up in mass graves or in the Congo River for voicing the truth that Joseph Kabila is not a Congolese but a Rwandan Tutsi and Paul Kagame’s Trojan Horse in DRC

  • Imagine Barack Obama using foreign soldiers in America to whom he gives uniforms of US forces and US police and these foreign forces are the ones that “protect” Obama, and kill citizens who are unceremoniously dumped in mass graves all over the US as “Joseph Kabila” has done to the Congolese who dared to march and protest and ended up in mass graves all over the DRC, one of the latest being in Kinshasa (Maluku); will the Crisis Group really call that “democracy”?

cndp_Rwandan Militia-FARDC uniforms

(Rwandan soldiers metamorphosing into Congolese soldiers and VOILA!): Paul Kagame and “Joseph Kabila” have devised a scheme of giving Congolese military and police uniforms to the Tutsi killers and rapists who make up the Rwandan army and militias who operate in DRC.  This way they can kill, rape, commit any crimes and blame them on DRC army and police.

  • Imagine that Barack Obama arrests, tortures, and imprisons any leader of another political parties or NGO or media or religion who criticizes or dares to challenge him, or who dares simply to speak up for the American people as it happens daily in DRC (Diomi Ndongala, Christopher Ngoy, Kutino Fernando,…); will the Crisis Group seriously say this is practicing “democracy”?
  • Imagine that, after Desert Storm/Desert Shield, that two of the commanding officers of the US armed forces, i.e., Gl. Colin Powell (Joint Chiefs) and Gl. Norman Schwarzkopf (commanding the operations) were assassinated by order of the President of the US, as it happened to the two Congolese commanding officers, Gl. Bahuma Ambamba and Cl. Mamadou Ndala, who led the Congolese troops against M23 forces in 2013. Would any world government, group, or organization NOT denounce the “president”? Would it be considered practicing “democracy”?

Thus, the very title “Congo: is Democracy Change Possible?” is misleading if not callous and 18th century.   The few items provided above, based on the basic tenets of democracy, challenge the “democracy” thesis of the Crisis Group.  Government of occupation? Yes!  Democracy? Not to anyone who is not an 18th century racist or an accomplice or a paid apologist, or an ignoramus!

The DRC is a country where Congolese citizens are killed every day.  Some are killed personally by “Joseph Kabila” such as Armand Tungulu whose body has never been found.   Some are killed by his direct orders and every Congolese in Kinshasa knows it such as the cold blood execution of Laurent Kabila’s daughter Aimee Kabila in Kinshasa and “Joseph Kabila” giving orders to the media in Kinshasa that no one could write about her death or – even though all Kinshasa knew the president’s oldest daughter –  acknowledge  that she was the former president’s daughter. Why? Because she had refused to lie publicly that “Joseph Kabila” was her blood brother – which he is not. Other examples are the assassination of Floribert Chebeya (president of the ONG Voice of the Voiceless) in the office of the head of the Police; or the poisoning of the Catholic Prelate Cardinal Etsou for denouncing that the DRC was being run by “foreigners”; or else the killing of the Congolese General Mbuza Mabe because he defeated the Rwandan troops in the east (any Congolese officers and soldiers who defeat Rwandan soldiers are killed by “Joseph Kabila” because Rwandans are his blood brothers and, as the Trojan Horse in Kinshasa, his task is to see to it that Rwandans kill, rape, and steal DRC’s resources, but that no Rwandans are killed by Congolese). Does the Crisis Group know about these killings or is it that to Crisis Group these killings are part of “Democracy” in the DRC?

The Crisis Group states that “The democratisation process launched a decade ago is reaching its moment of truth, as the excessive hopes raised by the 2006 elections have not materialized;” whereas to the Congolese people, 2006 did not “raise any hope” but rather dashed their hope of seeing the end of their genocide at the hands of invaders while foreigners decided to legitimize through changing the results of the elections and imposing on the DRC an impostor, a Rwandan Tutsi, an illiterate at that, as “president” of the DRC.  In fact, since 2006, the Congolese people have been chanting “Kabila, zonga na Rwanda” or “Kabila, go back to Rwanda”.  Experts from entities such as the Crisis Group have matter-of-factly ignored the cry of the Congolese people. The reality is that “Joseph Kabila” has never been a Congolese by birth or even by naturalization.  After Kagame’s army invaded the former Zaire in 1996 and Kagame gave the order, in 2001, to “Joseph Kabila” for him to assassinate the naïve Congolese, Laurent Kabila, who was used as a front cover for the invasion, this young, uneducated, and foreign Tutsi soldier who didn’t even speak one Congolese language, beside the Tanzania version of Swahili, was simply imposed on the Congolese as president (those Congolese politicians and intellectuals who questioned this masquerade were either bought with money, or promised positions in the government, or simply assassinated).

Everyone who followed the 2011 elections in DRC knows that “Joseph Kabila” did not win the elections.  Everyone knew that his opponent, Etienne Tshisekedi, won.  For instance, Collette Braekman, the Belgian journalist who was in Kinshasa  to monitor and report on the elections wrote, on the night of the elections:

Everywhere the scene was the same: agents of the CENI (the office running the elections) were sleepy, they were sweeping the classrooms (where people had gone to vote) before they could go home, after that the results had been carefully posted, validated with the witnesses signatures.  And everywhere, the results were similar: two-thirds of the votes for Etienne Tshisekedi, one-third for Joseph Kabila, about 10 votes for Vital Kamerhe, and nothing, absolutely nothing for the others except, here and there in the areas of the rich people a vote or two for Kengo wa Dondo…”

Another Belgian journalist, a TV reporter by the name of Peter Verlinden who monitored the 2011 elections in DRC, was even more blunt upon his return to Brussels stating,

… His name is not Joseph Kabila, his name is Hyppolite Kanambe – because he is Rwandan – thus, not only it is that Hyppolite Kanambe a.k.a. Joseph Kabila did not win the elections (of November 28, 2011) but Kanambe could not have won the elections even if he was running against a Congolese dog!…”

Finally, the Crisis Group’s conclusion that “the transformation of the Congolese political system has a long way to go and requires a change in governance practices that will be the work of many years,” is the old white contempt attitude being denounced here:  the Congolese people do not need “the transformation of… (a) political system”; their country was invaded and is occupied by  two foreign countries, Rwanda and Uganda with their Trojan Horse, “Kabila” in Kinshasa.  They need to be freed from occupation and from this holocaust.

Last question: How many of these “experts” (including those from the US State Department) have done “due diligence” or even just a little reading on the colonial history of the Belgium Congo (today’s DRC) or that of Germany’s East Africa – Deutsch-Ostafrika –  (which included today’s Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi) in order to find out that NO Tutsis or Hutus have ever been part of the native populations of the DRC  –  Just as no Tutsis or Hutus have ever been part of the native populations of Tanzania, even though the two tiny countries of these 2 groups were part of ONE German colony from 1884 to 1919)?

The last question above should shed some light to those who lack the knowledge about ethnic groups in Central Africa and who have fallen victims to Rwandan “Manipulative Lies” about “Tutsis and Hutus being minorities in DRC”.  The minority-majority notion applies only in Rwanda and Burundi, small countries populated exclusively by the majority Hutus and the minority Tutsis – the Twa people being in negligible numbers.  This notion does not even apply in Tanzania that was, with Rwanda and Burundi, part of the German colony. Kagame’s Tutsis extremists who are running the DRC came up with this lie in order to cover their covert ruling of the DRC (see Honore Ngbanda’s report).  Rwandans call this cultural trait of “Manipulative lying” in their language of Kinyarwanda, “Ubwenge”.

UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon and NY First Lady Chirlane McCray de Blasio launching 30th UN International Women’s Day Celebration (photo cr: Andrew Thoth/Filmmagic)

[Women of the world:  “knowledge is POWER!” Read carefully the following article and all the related relevant and evidential links so you WILL KNOW and, therefore, BE EMPOWERED in order to campaign and achieve JUSTICE and FREEDOM for your Congolese sisters.]

The UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon, along with New York’s First Lady Chirlane McCray de Blasio (in the spirit of openness, we campaigned and voted for her husband) launched at the UN here in New York City, with over 1,000 notable women of the world, the 30th annual celebration of International Women’s Day (with programs for the next 3 weeks).  While Mrs. De Blasio focused on women achieving equality, “We still have a long way to go before we get to equality; but we are going to get there”; we urge First Lady de Blasio and the women of the world to NOT forget their sisters in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

On this occasion, the UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon in his official statement posted on UN website states, in part, “The world must come together in response to the targeting or women and girls by violent extremists.  From Nigeria and Somalia to Syria and Iraq, the bodies of women have been transformed into battlegrounds for warriors carrying out specific and systematic strategies, often on the basis of ethnicity and religion.”

In the above statement, though, Mr. Ban Ki-Moon “forgot” to mention the ONE place in the world where women have been enduring, the biggest, the most barbaric and unspeakable violence against women in centuries: the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  Willful omission? Powerful interests’ engendered forgetfulness?

Who, in the world, does not know the plight of the Congolese women? Or else, who does not know the Congolese doctor who has become the symbol of the survival of the Congolese women who, even as we write this, are being gang raped at a rate of one gang rape a minute? Indeed, as reported in the New York Times, a study by the American Journal of Public Health set the number of Congolese women raped much higher than previously stated, numbering two million, or one Congolese woman being raped every minute. That was in 2011, ladies!

Congolese women on the run, being hunted down like animals by Rwandan and Ugandan soldiers and

We just want to remind First Lady de Blasio, all First Ladies of the world, all the notable and the regular women of the world that, for the women of the Congo D.R., it’s not a matter of “equality” but rather a matter of survival, of not becoming extinct as humans and as women because, since 1996, they’ve been destroyed in the worst ways as a weapon of war.  We are talking about being buried alive in groups, being gang raped by multiple soldiers and militias then, after being killed, they shove 3 to 5 feet wooden sticks or metal pieces in the genitals because, according to Rwandan beliefs as revealed by a former Rwandan young officer of Kagame’s army, this act would keep the gang raped woman’s spirit from coming after the rapists for vengeance; and a personal body guard of Kagame reveals also his inner personality that he hides to the world;  we are talking about being gang raped then these rapists shoot the women through their genitals (some women survive this horror), and now, as Veronique de Keyser, a Belgian government official who happen to be a woman found out recently at Panzi Hospital during her visit with Dr. Denis Mukwege, we are talking about 18 months old little girls being gang raped and mutilated (in French, the title of her article is “l’etau se resserre autour du docteur Mukwege” or “the noose is tightening around Dr. Mukwege“.  In it, she begs for the world to intervene to stop those responsible for these unspeakable crimes BEFORE THEY STOP DR. MUKWEGE.

 Dr Mukwege and Jill Biden

Dr. Denis Mukwege and Vice President Biden’s wife, Mrs Jill Biden at Panzi hospital

Yes, ladies of the world, your Congolese sisters have been slaughtered and gang raped since 1996 when Rwanda and Uganda invaded their country, then called Zaire. These two countries have occupied the country and have used gang rape as a weapon or war for ethnic cleansing while they steal the billions in DRC mineral resources.  So, ladies, as you might guess, billions of dollars have a way of keeping leaders of the world keep quiet.

Who is the culprit? Who benefits from the destruction of Congolese women?   Now the evidence has come out that Rwandan president, Paul Kagame, is the one who triggered the Rwandan genocide by assassinating two heads of state with the shooting down of the plane that was bringing them home.  The chaos created by this terrorist act allowed Paul Kagame to seize power by force in Rwanda (which he couldn’t do democratically because his ethnic group, the Tutsis, is small in number in Rwanda) and Kagame didn’t want to share power with the majority Hutus like the other Tutsis who had been living in Rwanda with their fellow Hutus in a democratic society while Kagame was living in Uganda fomenting war against his own country.

But, seizing power in Rwanda wasn’t the ultimate goal of Kagame, Museveni, and their international supporters.  The ultimate goal of taking Rwanda was to move on to invade, occupy, and control DRC’s resources.  And, once they seized the Congo, Paul Kagame, in 2001, ordered the assassination of the Congolese Laurent Kabila who had been used by Rwanda and Uganda as a cover for the Congo invasion of 1996. After killing Laurent Kabila, Kagame and his allies installed as president of Congo a former Rwandan army’s young intelligence officer (who, supposedly, carried out the L Kabila’s murder) by the name of Hyppolite Kanambe who had family ties, no blood ties, to Laurent Kabila (his Tutsi mother was 13th wife of Muslim Laurent Kabila).  This young Rwandan Tutsi army intelligence officer took on the Congolese name of “Joseph Kabila”.  The diplomats in Kinshasa, though, still refer to him as “le Petit Rwandais”) or the “Little Rwandan”.

In accomplishing their plans for the huge Congo, the women and little girls of the DRC have become a weapon of war in order to systematically destroy and ethnically cleanse the Congolese populations bordering Rwanda and Uganda and to ultimately annex these parts of the DRC.  This is why, even the Congolese doctor, Denis Mukwege, who has been repairing these women, has, by God’s grace, escaped being assassinated by Paul Kagame and Joseph Kabila .

In case women of the world and anyone wants to know how Rwanda, Uganda, with the conspiracy of “Joseph Kabila” have been destroying women of the Congo, remember that since 1996, none of these three leaders who control the Congo and eastern Congo from where the trio get the minerals that have made all three billionaires has punished any of the militias’ heads who, actually, are sent in eastern Congo by Paul Kagame, the overall commander of this criminal trio, as revealed by Patrick Karegeya, the former Rwanda’s spy chief who was assassinated last year by Paul Kagame in South Africa.

This is the friendly and happy trio (enjoying TOTAL IMPUNITY) of Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila/Kanambe that plots to permanently control and depopulate the DRC while making billions of dollars from DRC resources (they care less about DRC population)

Now, if YOU, the women of the world rise up as ONE, Paul Kagame, Joseph Kabila, and Yoweri Museveni, who are the overall responsible for these crimes (as, for instance, detailed in the UN Mapping Report of 10/1/2010, which has been collecting dust in Ban Ki-Moon’s drawers – thus insuring TOTAL IMPUNITY for the trio Kagame-Kabila-Museveni – with NO action taken or contemplated), can be removed and stopped.  Or, at the least, Rwanda’s occupation of the DRC through “Joseph Kabila” and Rwandan agents and infiltrated soldiers can be ended so that the rapists can be chased out of the Congo back to Rwanda and Uganda where they came from.

Warning: ladies of the world, do not be fooled and manipulated as the most of us, including the Congolese, the US, the UN, and many other governments have been misled by Paul Kagame, Yoweri Museveni, and Joseph Kabila (Hyppolite Kanambe) using Rwanda’s cultural trait of “Manipulative Lying” called Ubwenge.  For instance, read how this trio fools and manipulates the international community saying they are campaigning to end violence against women but they use these make-believe campaigns to actually bring together all these rapists from Rwanda and Uganda and give them official Congolese military uniforms, thus allowing them to carry out their criminal deeds under the cover of the Congolese army (leaving the real Congolese soldiers and civilians powerless).

My fellow Americans: Whether we know it or not, our country, the USA, still is and has been, even since before World War I of 1914-1918, the Superpower of the World.  Even during the Cold War, when USSR and we were racing to build bombs to blow up the whole earth, America still was more popular and the place to be. Therefore, whether we American citizens like it or not, whether we are aware of it or not, when human blood is spilled somewhere in the world where our American government is on the wrong side, we, Americans, are blamed.  Likewise, when Peace is brought somewhere in the world or when atrocities or horrors are stopped somewhere in the world with our American government playing a part in stopping them, the flowers celebrating this peace or the end of these horrors are also shared by all Americans.  Again, whether we, the American citizens, like it or not or whether we are aware of it or not.

These Congolese are slaughtered by Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila in DRC, not in Rwanda

Let me introduce you to the HORRORS that are seldom spoken about and are never mentioned during the “State of the Union” addresses of US presidents since Bill Clinton; horrors that the American government under Bill Clinton was part of  triggering them; horrors that have claimed more human lives since World War II with estimates going from 8 to over 10 million lives; horrors that started in Rwanda (1990-1995) then have continued unabated in the huge Congo-Zaire (DRC) from 1996 until now.

Every American MUST become acquainted with these horrors, because, as we claim God and country, God sees and knows about them, so we, “country”, should know about them for ourselves (“My people perish for lack of knowledge”). The best way to know about these horrors is to watch these two short videos: Rwanda, the Untold Story and Crisis in the Congo, Uncovering the Truth.  For your information, the second video, “Crisis in the Congo” was done before “the Untold Story” and, therefore, does not contain more evidence.

Now then, let us look at the efforts of our American President, Barack Obama, who showed intentions to end these horrors since he was a Senator when he sponsored a bill in Congress that passed and was signed into Law 109-456  by President George W. Bush in 2006.  Let’s look at President Obama’s latest efforts to bring an end to these horrors.

The last attempt by President Obama to end these horrors was to appoint former Senator Russ Feingold as a full time Special Envoy to the African Great Lakes and the DRC.  Now, after 18 months, he’s leaving the post with NO end to these horrors.  Yet, he’s claiming “success” while, at the same time, the UN General Secretary, Ban ki Moon is reporting “failure”.

Special Envoy Senator Russ Feingold: Rwanda’s Ubwenge has diverted his focus (photo cr: Joe Koshollek)

Former US Senator Russ Feingold (who we’ve met with and spoken to) gave, this past February 24, 2015, his final speech (sort of  his final “Report”) on his assignment as Special Envoy.

As an American citizen of Congolese origin who’s been engaged in ending the Congo horrors since 2000 when I wrote my book, Genocide in the Congo (when the toll of slaughtered Congolese was 1.7 million), I am incensed and saddened by Senator Feingold’s speech because, with all that is known today, as you saw yourself in the two videos above, he spoke as if during the “15 trips” he said he took to Africa, he was meeting and talking only to the very criminals who’ve been slaughtering and gang raping the Congolese instead of speaking to the Congolese victims.

[Remember that when Senator Feingold got this job, women were being gang raped in the Congo and millions of Congolese had been killed.  For instance, he had read the article in the New York Times that spoke about how Paul Kagame and Joseph Kabila had tried to kill Dr. Denis Mukwege because he had been saving Congolese women instead of letting them die.  He had read the other article in the New York Times about the killing fields in DRC being worse than Hitler’s. Now, what did Senator Feingold do to remove these two criminals?]

Now, as I do not know how our State Department works and how sophisticated are our Intelligence agencies, I was still flabbergasted listening to Senator Feingold saying that he’s been taking advice from and thanking the very people who worked with Bill Clinton when they helped Paul Kagame trigger the Rwandan Genocide and then shut off or fired even UN leaders and investigators when they uncovered the evidence that Kagame was responsible for murdering two heads of state and for launching the Rwandan mass slaughters, then helped Kagame invade the Congo and install, as president of Congo-Zaire, a young intelligence officer (who took on a Congolese name during the invasion of Zaire) from his mono-ethnic Rwandan Tutsi army. Couldn’t Senator Feingold work independently with Americans who had had the courage to denounce the ROOT CAUSES of the Congolese nightmare which includes the Bill Clinton administration???

In his speech, Senator Feingold speaks of success:

>>“we have successfully broadened U.S. engagement with the Africa Great Lakes region.” [What kind of accomplishment is this? Senator Feingold was sent to stop the slaughtering and gang raping of Congolese (I was in the Hall of the Security Council when the new Secretary of State John Kerry introduced you and said that this was going to be your mandate) : you find the killers and those who sponsor them and you STOP THEM AND BRING THEM TO JUSTICE!  What is this “engagement” nonsense? Imagine, Senator Feingold, if the Allies in World War II, instead of going to war against Adolf Hitler and the Nazis, had gone to Berlin to negotiate and beg for “engagement” with Hitler as you did the last 18 months with the killers of the Congolese and their masters and sponsors, the Hitler-Trio of Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila/Kanambe, or maybe you haven’t read the UN Mapping Report of 10/1/2010?)

>>“The military defeat of M23.” (But, then, Kagame and Kabila assassinated the two Congolese military leaders, Colonel Mamadou Ndala and General Bahuma who defeated the Rwandans of M23.  What did Senator Feingold do about this? In fact, Kagame and Kabila are so emboldened by your failure to impress or even affect them that they refused MONUSCO’s request that the 2 criminal officers, who are Rwandan Tutsis with Congolese names and uniforms (in case you didn’t know), do not lead the efforts to pursue FDLR.  In other words, while they go about killing Congolese, MONUSCO cannot even witness what is going on, and, all they will do is put out false reports that FDLR is defeated without any evidence while Congolese will still continue to die and to be gang raped).

>>“The political resolution of the M23 rebellion…” (Didn’t Senator Feingold read America’s and UN’s reports that M23 was made of Rwandans who were recruited, armed, and trained in Rwanda and that General James Kabarebe was the one who was in charge of this group? What “political resolution, and how can America be duped by Kagame, Kabila, and Museveni as if America knows no “logic”?”

>>“DDR (disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration of M23)…” (How can Rwandans who were recruited, armed, and trained in Rwanda be reintegrated in the Congolese army?  Senator Feingold couldn’t see something odd with this, as odd as a Rwandan Tutsi and former intelligence officer in Kagame’s army becoming president of the DRC?  Honore Ngbanda, the former Congolese spy chief under Mobutu has just released an investigative report in which he details Rwanda’s infiltration in all DRC institutions and Kagame’s installation of a “parallel government” of Rwandan Tutsis led by “Joseph Kabila”in Kinshasa which actually makes decisions for the running of the DRC.  These infiltrations have been going on since 2001 and both Kagame and Kabila have been using the so-called “accords”, “frameworks”, and DDR’s in order to infiltrate and insert in the Congolese army, intelligence agencies and security apparatus Rwandan soldiers and agents in order to systematically control and rule over the Congolese while killing any potential Congolese who could challenge this occupation.  Meanwhile, Kagame and Kabila have been playing America and the UN for fools, or is it that America and the UN know this and are dandy with the slaughter and the gang rape of Congolese.  Warning: do not let those Rwandans who are in the US government and agencies passing for “Congolese” with Congolese identities do the translation of Ngbanda’s document; because, they will mistranslate and lie to you and this is how and why America hasn’t been able to end these atrocities because these Rwandan infiltrates mislead the US government and effectively eschew US policy to disregard the Congo genocide and the gang rapes and occupation of the DRC by Rwanda while defending and promoting Rwanda’s and Kagame’s “accomplishments” ( imagine if the Allies had touted Hitler’s industrial accomplishments in Germany as reason not to go to war against the Nazis for their occupation of other countries and the holocaust – just like Rwanda and Uganda have occupied the DRC and have killed more Congolese than the dead during the holocaust).

>>“I was told back in May that the FDLR are ‘comfortable’ in eastern DRC. This is unacceptable.  No armed group, especially one with a list of committed atrocities, as long as that of the FDLR, should be comfortable.” (Has Senator Feingold read the UN Mapping Report of 10/1/2010 and seen the “list of committed atrocities” that Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila have committed in the Congo and did he compare it to that of FDLR – a Rwandan group that has never attacked Rwanda even once and, actually, as Steve Hege was told, it collaborates with Rwanda in occupying eastern Congo and used as a scapegoat? Did Senator Feingold read the interview that Rwanda’s Spy Chief Patrick Karegeya gave to France’s RFI in 2014 before he was assassinated by Kagame in South Africa, in which he stated that all these groups in eastern Congo were creations of Kagame and Rwanda, including RCD, CNDP, M23, etc. and that their leaders who answer to Kagame were Rwandans who are given Congolese identities, such as Nkunda Batware, Mutebushi, or the Terminator Bosco Ntanganda, (add to these Joseph Kabila, Congolese name of the Rwandan Tutsi officer Hyppolite Kanambe)?

>>“We were steadfast in our position that peace in DRC demands justice and the end of impunity for war crimes and crimes against humanity including sexually and gender-based violence, and the recruitment and use of child soldiers…” (Now you’re talking, Senator Feingold and this was your main assignment. So, what did you do about the “trifecta” of Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila who are the ones who have been enjoying this unheard of IMPUNITY since they are the ones responsible for what you just described here?  Or did you just come from Mars and do not know that Paul Kagame shot down, on April 6, 1994, the plane that was carrying 2 Heads of State, which he used to trigger the invasion of and to take over power in Rwanda, and then move on to invade the DRC where they’ve killed millions of innocent Congolese?  What did you do about them?  Or is it that you continue to believe, as did Bill Clinton who stopped all those investigations of Kagame and his RPF, that Kagame and co. must not pay for their crimes no matter who they kill and who they gang rape, as a former Kagame lobbyist told the French representative at the UN, “Gerard, it’s eastern Congo.  If it were not the M23 killing people it would be some other armed group.”?  How then can you end impunity if you continue to shield the culprits who are known even by the Congolese women who are gang raped?  Oh, I see.  When you go to eastern Congo, Kagame and Kabila have enough sense to take you to see the gorillas instead of letting you see their crimes or letting you speak to their Congolese victims).

>>“It took decades for the conflict in eastern DRC to become as entrenched as it is. (How can Kagame’s lies become your parlance, Senator Feingold?  The Congo was invaded by Rwanda and Uganda.  They still occupy it and they’ve been gang raping Congolese little girls as a weapon of war.  So, what “conflict” you are talking about? The Congolese aren’t fighting against anyone.  Don’t you know that “Joseph Kabila” works for and with Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni, and, together they continue to occupy, to kill, to gang rape, and to rob DRC’s resources? How many Rwandans or Ugandans have been killed by Congolese since 1996, Senator Feingold?  What would it take for you and yours to get rid of this trio and stop the slaughter of Congolese, or that the Congolese lives DO NOT matter to you and yours???)

“These meetings address the question of the Rwandan refugees in the DRC, as well as that of Congolese Tutsi refugees in Rwanda… (Senator Feingold, this is, as Vice-President Biden would say, “pure malarkey!” cooked up by the Rwandan lying machine and you’ve swallowed it like a chicken swallowing a grain of rice.   Ask the Germans who colonized Rwanda or the Belgians who colonized the Congo and they will tell you that you’ve been played the FOOL by believing Kagame’s lies about “Rwandan refugees in the DRC” or “Congolese Tutsi refugees in Rwanda”.  No such “refugees” exist because the Congolese populations from 1884 to 1997 have never included native populations of Hutus or Tutsis, who are native only to Rwanda and Burundi.  Please, check your colonial history, and not the lies that Kagame put in the COR document that American officials have been using without checking its historical accuracy.  These are ploys intended for Rwanda to send fraudulently its people to the US as Congolese and to populate Congo’s territory where they’ve ethnically cleansed Congolese populations so they can eventually annex Congolese land.  Same thing with Congolese “citizenship” for Rwandan Tutsis and Hutus, or “discrimination” of Rwandans in DRC, etc. – We have filed a complaint with the Justice Department – but all you have to do is consult with the Belgians and the Germans instead of being made a fool by these criminals – ).

Now, Senator Feingold, I do not hold you totally responsible for your failure to achieve the mission you were given.  You, like all of us, both Americans and Congolese, had been victimized by the Rwandan cultural trait of “Manipulative Lying” or “Ubwenge” that is still being used by the trio Kagame, Kabila, and Museveni on everyone.  I just published an article on this “weapon”, Ubwenge, that has been effectively used by Kagame and that is “proper to the Mutusi” and to Rwandans in general.  Unless you, President Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry, even Bill Clinton and those who worked with him in support of Paul Kagame’s criminal policies, unless all of us Americans and the rest of the world become informed about this Rwandan cultural trait called Ubwenge, the horrors in the Congo will not end and the American government would not identify the tens of thousands of Rwandans who have received asylum in the US and many have infiltrated all American institutions and government masquerading as “Congolese”, working as spies and agents for Kagame’s Rwanda.

UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon sees failure in DRC, yet he’s a victim of  Rwanda’s Ubwenge too. (photo cr. ww.nationalturk.com)

The United Nations General Secretary, the Korean Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, sees nothing but failure in the African Great Lakes and in DRC, unlike Senator Feingold.

Mr. Ban ki Moon investigative report’s conclusion is that

“…the region is in no better position for peace and stability than it was two years ago after the signing of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the region…”

The lack of meaningful progress in the FDLR disarmament, the slow progress in the repatriation of ex-M23 combatants cantoned in Rwanda and Uganda, delays in the overall implementation of the Nairobi Declarations, persisting mistrust between some leaders of the region, and the trend of disengagement of some signatories are testing the viability of the PSC Framework and delaying its effective implementation.”

In paragraph 70 of the leaked report, Secretary Moon advises:

I urge all governments of the Great Lakes region to stand together and remain committed to cooperating to end the threat posed by all armed groups, and to bring perpetrators to justice before appropriate courts of law, whether through prosecution, extradition, surrender or transfer. This will play a key role in building confidence in the region, breaking the cycles of violence, and achieving a lasting peace.”

Secretary Moon displays here the effects of Kagame’s modus operandi, Ubwenge, in that and unless Mr. Moon is just not being honest, the UN has, beside the UN Mapping Report of 10/1/2010, numerous investigative reports that clearly present the evidence that all these groups in eastern Congo are sponsored by two countries: Rwanda and Uganda.  One. Two, Mr. Moon must be the most under- or misinformed Secretary General if he is not aware of the killings of Congolese civilians, the assassinations of three heads of state by Kagame and Kabila and the fact that Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila work together NOT to bring peace or to stop their killings of Congolese, but rather they work together to manipulatively lie to everyone while they continue to kill, gang rape, and occupy the DRC for land, for resources, and for ultimately annexation of part of eastern DRC to Rwanda and to Uganda.

So, the Secretary General of the UN, while acknowledging failure, should speak with President Obama for them to decide whether they REALLY want to stop the horrors in the Congo and the gang raping of little tiny girls.  Speak with Mr. Honore Ngbanda instead of your experts who are either in Kagame’s pockets or victimized by Ubwenge.   Otherwise, this trio is going to continue to use Ubwenge until President Obama leaves office (this is why they “agreed” to hold DRC elections in November 2016 instead of September, as prescribed by the DRC constitution.  This way, if they keep Kabila as president then, it’d be just a couple of months before Obama leaves office and, voila! as the French say, their Ubwenge defeats Obama’s determination).

This trio responsible for millions dead in Rwanda and DRC has been able to fool everyone for 18 years using Rwanda’s Ubwenge that they really want peace in DRC. Only victims of Ubwenge believe them when they’ve made blood-billions in DRC on the dead bodies on over 8 million innocent Congolese

Simple logic will tell anyone with only a high school degree that if in a place people have been dying and being gang raped for more than 18 years and those in charge over there are still in charge (Kagame. Museveni, Kabila), then they must be either accomplices in these crimes or plain incompetent.  Do our American “diplomats” lack this logic?

The Congolese woman in eastern Congo (The Rape Capital of the World) has gotten tired of getting tired of being gang-raped, of being mutilated, of being shot through her genitals after being gang raped, of being shoved 3 to 5 feet wooden sticks through the genitals after being gang-raped then being killed, of being buried alive. So she has taken up a weapon now in order to defend her baby, her own body, her humanity, her village, her community, and her country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The world, to her, doesn’t care to stop it. Neither do the 20,000 UN troops who get paid by being “neutral” which has been letting the guys with the weapons commit these atrocities on the Congolese since 1996.

Beside her baby, she’s carrying now a weapon to defend herself

The Congolese woman has been victimized for too long since Rwanda and Uganda invaded her country in 1996 as BBC’s investigative documentary has just detailed it. This Congolese woman and her country did NOTHING to Rwanda and Uganda; yet, these two countries have caused the death of over 8 million Congolese since 1996 with impunity. These atrocities that had been described as worse than the Holocaust, have scantly caught the sustained attention of the world’s major media or governments, except for the Obama administration.

In President Obama’s second term, the Congo file has been authoritatively assigned to Secretary of State John Kerry and to former Senator Russ Feingold, the president’s Special Envoy to the African Great Lakes and the DRC.

Secretary of State Kerry, in the first Security Council meeting he presided on 25 July, 2013, sternly stated the US decision to bring an end to the Congo atrocities. To this end, the US and the UN put together a special UN Rapid Intervention Brigade that worked with the Congolese Army (minus the Rwandan Tutsi soldiers and combatants who had been inserted in the DRC army by Joseph Kabila as he, himself, is a former officer in Kagame’s Rwandan Tutsi army who was made DRC president in 2001). This new coalition of forces put together by the US and the UN then attacked the Rwanda and Uganda-backed rebels of M23, who had occupied, since 1996 (while changing names of militias as former spy chief of Rwanda, Colonel Patrick Karegeya told RFI before he was assassinated by Kagame in December 2013) major parts of eastern Congo where they had been killing, raping, maiming, and perpetrating all kinds of atrocities. In the heat of the fight, the US Secretary of State John Kerry and Britain foreign Secretary William Hague had to personally call Paul Kagame in order to, in essence, order him not to reinforce again M23 with Rwandan troops and weapons so that, this time, the battle ended up in the defeat of M23 in November 2013 after about two weeks of heavy fighting.

Congolese army supporters
The people cheer as the Congolese army passes after the defeat of M23 in November 2013 (AP)

[An aside revelation after the defeat of M23 was that the Congolese army and the media discovered, as they entered the liberated town (center) of Kibumba (which had been occupied by Rwandan forces for over 14 years) 2 flags of Vital Khamere’s political party, the UNC, flying over two separate houses – meaning that this Vital Khamere (many Congolese accuse him of being Rwandan, with many proofs, including the fact that his Rwandan cousin is General Gracien Kabiligi in Paul Kagame’s army, his sister’s ancestral wedding to a Congolese was performed in Rwanda, not in DRC, and, during Mobutu’s Authenticity cultural revolution when all Zairians had to forego their foreign names, Khamere kept his foreign name of “Vital” which also appear on his university diploma, because foreigners were allowed to keep their foreign names), who (Khamere), in Kinshasa, has been pretending in public to be in opposition to Joseph Kabila, to the violence in eastern Congo, and to Rwanda and Uganda’s occupation of eastern Congo, that he is actually a double agent, deceiving many Congolese, because he has – in secret with Joseph Kabila, whom he helped “elect” during the 2006 elections and of whom he published a book titled “Why I chose Joseph Kabila” – been cooperating all along with the Rwandan Tutsi forces of M23 (ergo with Kagame and Museveni) in the areas of the Congo these forces had been occupying, killing, raping, and maiming Congolese natives as well as stealing the Congo resources].

UNC flags in Kibumba
Surprise: Khamere’s UNC flags in Kibumba that had been occupied by Rwandan M23: Khamere has all along been working with M23, ergo with Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila while fooling Congolese that he is an opponent of these three!

After M23’s defeat, the whole eastern Congo was in jubilation because, thanks to the Obama administration leadership and for the first time since 1996, the killing, raping, mutilations, and other atrocities and mistreatment stopped. Unfortunately, this jubilation was not to last for too long.

When M23 was defeated, its fighters run back to where they came from: Rwanda and Uganda. So it was just a matter of time for these fighters to be sent back into eastern Congo, as long as Paul Kagame, Yoweri Museveni, and Joseph Kabila, who controlled and protected them were still in power.

But, before reconstituting M23 and sending them back into eastern Congo, Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila made sure that the Congolese officers who had led the fight to defeat M23 were assassinated. So, the young Congolese Colonel Mamadou Ndala (the hero of Goma) who led the fight against M23 was assassinated on January 2, 2014 (barely 2 months after the defeat of M23 in November, 2013). Then General Lucien Bahuma, the Chief of the Army of North Kivu (Colonel Mamadou’s commander), was killed by poisoning on August 30, 2014, 8 months after Mamadou’s assassination. General Francois Olenga, the Chief of Staff of the DRC land forces and Colonel Olivier Hamuli, the spokesperson during the fight against M23, both are now being treated for poisoning. Last of all, the DRC army units that defeated M23 have been ordered by Joseph Kabila out of eastern Congo and sent to other parts of DRC where they are not needed (in a restructuring of the DRC army in which many Rwandan Tutsis from these Rwandan militias were made officers in DRC’s army, and they were assigned in eastern Congo in order to insure the continued control of eastern Congo by Rwanda and Uganda).

Now, then, M23 has reconstituted out of Rwanda and the M23 elements that had run to Uganda are using a cover name ADF/NALU. These two groups are now back in eastern Congo committing the same atrocities as before.

Ugandan and Rwandan militias did this in Beni, in North Kivu this 10/16/2014 as they’ve been doing since 1996: Is there a mother who will not take a weapon to punish the savages who do this to her child?

Hence, the latest killings and gang-rape that have taken place in Beni, beginning on October 16th, 2014, then two days later even while Mr. Kobler, the UN representative, was in Beni, and the third time on October 30th, even as Joseph Kabila, the president, was spending the night in Beni.

During the attack on 10/16, as they were hacking children, men and women to death using machetes, hoes, and hacks, one of the killers told a Congolese woman: “your soldiers chased us with Obama’s help but we’re back. Where is Obama now to protect you?

We’re back”, the Ugandan and Rwandan killers were telling the Congolese as they were slaughtering them on the night of 10/16/2014, “Where’s Obama now to protect you?

This is why she’s picked up a weapon even as NO POWER cares (with all UN and other evidence available) to openly denounce and stop Kagame, Museveni, and Kabila, who, since 1996, have been butchering her and her people, killing 8 million of her people

America is determined that Joseph Kabila will not perpetuate himself in power after his 2nd and final term ends in 2016. But Kabila, who insures Kagame and Museveni’s interests in eastern Congo, plans to use all means and tricks to survive Obama until January 2017 when Obama leaves office; and, therefore, if Kagame and Museveni get Kabila to stay in power or someone they control to replace Joseph Kabila in power in Congo, the atrocities in DRC may last another twenty years.

Paul Kagame, Rwanda’s president, is very mad and he is planning to do something about it.  He is mad that John Kerry and the Obama administration, the EU and the UN want to bring an end to his DRC cash cow criminal enterprise by demanding that his Trojan Horse in DRC, Joseph Kabila, respects the DRC Constitution and not change it so that he can seek a third term in 2016, which is prohibited as of now.

If Joseph Kabila goes, the next DRC president may not let Paul Kagame kill, gang rape, and steal Congolese resources with impunity, as Kabila has done since 2001 – when Joseph Kabila was set up in Kinshasa as president and a protégé of Paul Kagame – and, since then, Joseph Kabila has never, even once, denounced Paul Kagame or Yoweri Museveni by name in all the crimes they have committed in the DRC over the years since, at least, 2001.  On the contrary, as these two’s junior partner in crime, he has always sold Congolese troops movements to Rwanda and Uganda so they get defeated by Rwanda and Uganda’s armies and militias while giving treasonous orders to DRC’s army, and he has participated in imprisoning, torturing, and killing Congolese as well as in stealing and hiding billions of Congolese monies overseas ( see at bottom of this link copy of letter from British MP Pauline Latham to MP Justine Greening dated March 26, 2013).

[Joseph Kabila, Kagame’s Trojan Horse, takes orders from his master]

Paul Kagame’s plan to help Kabila defy the wish of the international community is to trigger mass killings in DRC as he did in Rwanda in 1994, when he triggered the Rwandan genocide with his downing of Habyarimana’s plane, which allowed him to invade Rwanda from Uganda and take over power in Kigali.

Indeed, while most of the world is still asleep and maintains Kagame’s false image as a hero who ended the 1994 Rwandan genocide, the cat is now out of the bag and overwhelming evidence is out now (and has been for the longest for those who sought it) about Kagame’s guilt so that only fools, ignorants, and Kagame’s paid apologists continue to consider this mass killer as a hero:

Undeniable Evidence has come both from his fellow Tutsi high-ranking officers like General Kayumba Nyamwasa, Colonel Patrick Karegeya (assassinated in South Africa by Kagame this past January 2014), and Major Dr. Theogene Rudasingwa; and from his low-ranking officers such as Second Lieutenant Aloys Ruyenzi, Lieutenant Abdul Ruzibiza, and Intelligence Officer Jean-Pierre Mugabe.  All have stated that President Kagame planned and ordered the shooting down of the plane carrying two heads of state, Rwanda’s Habyarimana and Burundi’s Ntariamira, which triggered the Rwandan genocide.

[Hitler Kagame who “believes that all opponents must die” – Karegeya]

American investigators also uncovered Kagame’s crimes going back to 1994.  Examples are The Gersony Report by Robert Gersony, the Information Memorandum for Secretary of State Warren Christopher by then-Assistant Secretary of State for Africa George Moose, Christian Davenport and Allan C. Stam’s What Really Happened in Rwanda, and The Accidental Genocide by Peter Erlinder.  Add to these Suisse’s Carla Del Ponte’s Memoirs and Australia’s Michael Hourigan’s Affidavit.

The facts on the ground in DRC are that there are hurried up plans being put in motion there  by Kagame and Kabila. In order to trigger the mass killings in the DRC a la Rwanda 1994, he must assassinate the most popular Congolese leader (as he did with Habyarimana) so that his supporters would revolt and try to retaliate against government forces.  When they revolt, Joseph Kabila will then, under the guise of “re-establishing order”, use the foreign forces that he has acquired from his neighbors with millions of dollars to slaughter Congolese and, in the chaos that ensues, assassinate the Congolese opposition leaders who are now speaking with the International Community about the upcoming elections and the after-Kabila’s DRC.

The Congolese leader most popular now who is being targeted to be assassinated is Etienne Tshisekedi.  To accomplish this, Paul Kagame sent to Kabila through Brazzaville on June 9th  the “Death Team” unit, the special commando of Rwandan assassins that he had sent to South Africa to assassinate former Rwandan spy chief Patrick Karegeya and attempted numerous times to also kill General Kayumba Nyamwasa.  Our sources inform us that after they crossed the Congo River from Brazzaville to Kinshasa during the night of June 9th, they were taken to Azarias Ruberwa’s residence where they received their instructions before being taken to safe places where they will wait for their next killing “assignment” in DRC.

Thus, Joseph Kabila, by arrangements with Paul Kagame, paying the presidents of these countries millions of dollars either in cash, in mining or exploitation interests in DRC, or else in cuts received through Kabila’s “investments” in the countries of these presidents: for one, Kabila has received 1500 soldiers from South Africa (many of whom are criminal soldiers who had been imprisoned but are sent to Kabila so they can kill Congolese while being paid in US dollars); they landed in Kinshasa at 2 AM this past June 8, 2014.  Second, after the last visit of Tanzania’s president in Kinshasa this past May, 2014, President Kikwete, upon his return to Tanzania, sent 2000 Tanzanian trigger-happy, fearless, and “heartless” soldiers to Joseph Kabila.  Third, beside thousands of regular soldiers from Rwanda who are stationed in Congolese military camps all over the DRC, this past June 9th, 200 elements of Rwanda’s special forces together with former Rwandan M23 members, landed in Kinshasa and were sent to the Kokolo army camp in Kinshasa.  Fourth, the Old Warrior of Zimbabwe, President Mugabe, an old partner-in-crime with Joseph Kabila, sent him hundreds of hard-nosed soldiers who are now stationed in Kinshasa.  All these foreign forces are waiting for the “event”, the “trigger” to take place before they can act.  Meanwhile, they are well fed, well paid in dollars while Congolese soldiers have been disarmed and not paid; even the contingent of the Congolese policemen sent to the Central African Republic have not been paid for 4 months now…

[Kagame’s criminality, we know!  But why are Mugabe, Zuma, and Kikwete sending troops to Kabila? Apareco-]

Paul Kagame, who has been called the “African Hitler”, has been emboldened to continue killing since none of the world leaders has publicly denounced him or his amply documented crimes .  So now he plans to create more havoc in the DRC than he has already created since his invasion of the DRC in 1996.  The question is whether the Obama administration, the EU, and the UN are going to let it happen before they can stop him or begin to beg him to help stop the killings he starts in the first place.

This American administration (not the one of 1994 which actually helped Kagame and let him get away with mass murder) and the International Community may, this time, have to physically stop Paul Kagame (and Joseph Kabila) from triggering another series of mass killings just so that Kabila can remain forever le petit rwandais (“the little Rwandan”, according to one French official) inept and murderous dictator in DRC.

It is worth remembering that this Obama administration has decided to put an end to the mass rapes and mass killings in DRC, especially in eastern Congo.  Secretary of State John Kerry forcefully and unequivocally so stated when he presided his first Security Council meeting at the UN on July 17, 2013, after his confirmation as Secretary of State.  To this end, the US pushed for the creation of an FIB force that joined forces with a unit of the Congolese army (free of Rwandan infiltrates) and the UN in order to dislodge in October-November 2013 the Rwandan-created, Rwandan-manned, Rwandan-financed, Rwandan-equipped, and Rwandan-directed M23 forces that had been killing, raping, and occupying Congolese Kivus for over a decade (M23 being but the latest manifestation, according to Rwanda’s Chief Spy, Patrick Karegeya, of Kagame’s forces used to control eastern Congo).

Kerry and Kabila

[Kabila  intends to defy Kerry, the EU, and the UN]

The US, the EU, and the UN have to stand up to Kagame, to Kabila, and to their partners in order to stop the multitude of crimes, gang rapes, and instability they have already created in the DRC.  There is nothing mystical about the horrible crimes that the trio Kagame-Kabila-Museveni has perpetrated in DRC.  In order to put an end to crimes, good people must stop the criminals, regardless of their positions, their titles, or their ability to buy publicity, the media, or some other heartless presidents.

The people of DRC and of Rwanda deserve to be freed from these heartless criminals they have for leaders, Joseph Kabila, le petit Rwandais (real name Hyppolite Kanambe), and Paul Kagame.
